This is a typical small-sized book from Algonquin (about 7 by 5 inches). This copy has been signed by Wallace on the title page. There was a 2003 movie directed by Tim Burton, with Albert Finney and Jessica Lange.

Considered to be McCarthy's master work but did not sell well on release and many copies ended up remainder marked by Random House.
